Write a research essay on; Terrorist organisations such as ISIS and AlQaeda were only possible because of cyber terrorism when they emerged with success in the 21st century or not?

1. Critically evaluate the concepts and definitions used in the field of terrorism research and assess the problems associated with researching terrorism.
2. Demonstrate ability to analyze and critique the different debates that are held within the policy community regarding terrorism issues.
3. Explain and interpret the structures, tactics and underlying ideologies of various terrorist groups.
4.Critically assess the methods and approaches employed by various states to counter terrorism.

This is a paper for grad school so it MUST be written at that professional level. You must research cyber terrorism as a form of unconventional threat (This class is called “Unconventional Threat”) and thoroughly discuss and explain its origins, rising threat, what executing an attack would mean to a nation, etc. Do not hesitate to contact me for questions or concerns.
