Please respond to the following:

 

•Describe the culture of the organization where you currently work or one where you have worked. Indicate whether or not the culture of the organization had a positive or negative effect on your performance. Justify your response.

 

•Based on the material covered in Chapter 10 of the Kotter textbook on changing culture, recommend at least two strategies that could be implemented at your current organization or one that you have worked for that would improve the overall culture of your workplace. Justify why these changes may be necessary.

P.s: I’ve chosen Psychology as a subject as you don’t have counselling/psychotherapy option. But that would be the real subject.
