Read a book about Texas politics such as How Things Really Work: Lessons from a Life in Politics and Texas Got It Right! you can also choose another book as long as it is about Texas politics and it is not a textbookthese are just examples of books you can choose from. Pick one of the supplemental readings, read the book and give me your critical analysis of the work. This is not a summary or book report. Please cite with page numbers telling what you liked, disliked, agree with or disagree with and why. DO NOT give me quotes. Papers should be five full pages each. When you finish the work you need to tell me which book did you choose and you need to cite it.
