Participants will be recruited by purposive sampling from a hospital in Riyadh to enable the researcher to establish a good correspondence between research questions and sampling . The researcher will select people according to the aims of the research and that means that their role or function in the hospital will serve as starting points. The researcher will aim to carry out interviews with eleven senior managers. The logic and power of purposeful sampling lies in selecting managers in the hospital which will enable the researcher to learn a great deal about issues of central importance to the purpose of the research .
