Create two database forms that allow a user of the database to enter new records and update records in two of the tables created in the database started in Week Four.

Create a database menu that allows the user of the database to select the two forms.

Create the queries defined in the Database Design Document.

Add an input mask to four of the fields in the database to validate data entered into the tables.

Follow all of the specifications established in the Database Design Document.
