Assessment Plan : Create an assessment plan which will help a constituent better understand the community (both internal and external publics), that will be the basis for an effective school community relations plan, conduct the assessment, and write a brief summary of the findings. Include in the plan the purpose(s), assessment questions, assessment tools, timelines, and roles and responsibilities.
