Hurricane Michael nearly destroyed Mexico Beach, Florida. A wildfire wiped out the town of Paradise, California. Tornadoes ripped through many areas of the Southeast. There were many other areas affected by natural and man-made disasters. I chose COVID-19.  I also completed an outline that can be used. but just make sure that your paper reads as a whole, not just a collection of short answers to each of those topics. Try to think of natural connections between the different sections so you can easily transition between them.
