Write a four to five (4-5) page paper, which will become part of your final paper (described in Assignment 3, due Week 10) in which you:

Choose one (1) contemporary issue from the list above or one (1) approved by your professor. Describe the issue and the impact to schools, students, and the community. Explain your three (3) reasons for selecting the contemporary issue. Describe the historical significance of the contemporary issue. Explain the manner in which technology impacts the contemporary issue that you have chosen. Provide a preliminary bibliography of at least six (6) academic sources Your assignment must follow these formatting requirements:

Be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides; citations and references must follow APA. Check with your professor for any additional instructions. Use headers for each of the criteria, followed by your response. Include a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the student’s name, the professor’s name, the course title, and the date. The cover page and the reference page are not included in the required assignment page length. The specific course learning outcomes associated with this assignment are:
