Order Description
Analyse the findings for the questionnaire/the connections between the results regarding the research objectives and, at last, provide some recommendations/ marketing insights. The data is provided in the questionnaire data document.
Task:
The questionnaire will essentially extend and further the findings of the in-depth interviews. The questionnaire will include a combination of direct and open questions, providing a textbox at the end of some questions as an option for the participant to elaborate. The questionnaire will primarily explore objectives one and two, looking at the LUMS reputation initially and then as a provider, in an attempt to discover if LUMS has a specific brand image/reputation. In addition to this the questionnaire will focus on three main aspects regarding objective two including:
– Are individuals aware of the support available?
– Why an individual would use a business support programme?
– Where would an individual look/seek support?
