• Write a paper (sharing specific examples, using first-person pronouns) addressing the following Self-Assessment Questions and three different headings (not three different title pages) for three different content areas:

2. Regarding the concepts of reinforcing, balancing, and delays, explain how your attitude as a spouse or partner at home, work or in your community would be affected if you only received a quarterly evaluation/dialogue about how well or poorly you are managing the tasks before you. How would this differ from your attitude if you received daily feedback? Halfway through each day? How would reinforcing work best for you? How might this exercise impact how you affirm/share feedback with those in your midst?
