CONSCIOUS CAPITALISM IN BUSINESS
Write a memo to the CEO of the most “unconscious” company you know of, briefly explaining the precepts of conscious capitalism, and highlighting how and why the company needs to change in order to become a conscious business.
2. Identify a “conscious” leader of any kind (corporate, non-profit, political) who you really admire, and write about the qualities that make that person a great leader. Can these qualities be learned/cultivated, or are they inherent in the person?
3. Imagine yourself starting a company some day. How would you ensure that the company has the DNA to become and remain a conscious business throughout its existence? Draft a speech you would give to your employees that lays down the basic principles on which the company will operate.
