Harvey is the Managing Director of an English company, ‘Specter Foods Ltd’, which makes Chocolate bars and high protein snacks. Harvey is already selling his products to a French fitness company and Gym operator.

He asks your advice on how to redraft the contracts he already has to maintain the maximum legal protection for his company. At present there is no choice of law clause.

Harvey tells you that it is essential that English law should apply to all of the provisions of the contracts.
