You must undertake a case analysis of IRC v Bullock [1976] 1 WLR 1178 Your case analysis should take account of the following points;

1. The facts of the case (10 marks)
2. An analysis of the Judicial reasoning within the case (30 Marks)
3. An appraisal of why you believe the case was decided as it was. (40 Marks)
4. A discussion as to whether looking at the same facts the Supreme Court would decide the case in the same way in 2015. (20 Marks
