Order Description
Discuss your general personal philosophy of conflict resolution. Various styles. Use these styles as a basis for discussing the material. Your philosophy can encompass and draw on concepts from your general experience, prior reading material or other aspects of what you know about the subject.

Chose two to three specific strategies to select the appropriate dispute resolution procedure for a given situation. Describe each strategy, including the situations in which it would be most applicable. Explain how the strategies you chose would help to secure a desirable outcome for the disputants. The paper should be 2-3 pages, not including a title page, abstract and references. At least one outside source (in addition to the required and recommended readings of this class) is expected.
