Describe an organizational conflict situation in which the disputants are being influenced by differences in personality and worldview. Choose one of the cognitive biases discussed in this week’s readings. Explain how the bias might be challenging for the conflict resolution practitioner to manage successfully. Describe the strategies that might be utilized by the conflict resolution practitioner to manage the bias and work toward a resolution between the parties.
