Conflict resolution is a necessary skill for any manager or leader. In this assignment, you will examine the difference between conflict and competition. Conflict Resolution

Based on your readings, define each of the following methods of conflict resolution: negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and litigation. For each one, explain the pros and cons of its use as well as a hypothetical “ideal” scenario for the use of each one. At least one scholarly source (in addition to the required and recommended readings of this class-The Handbook Of Dispute Resolution ) is required. The paper should be 2-3 pages, not including a title page, abstract, and references.
