First you have to read the Conflict Mapping Chart_Shay Bright which I attached and the read the Guide for the Task that I attached as well. Then determine the suitable model ( there are 8 models, so choose just 1 model the suitable and write why this model is suitable for this case, because a few model does not fit the case) from the book which is Furlong, G.T. (2005). The Conflict Resolution Toolbox: Models and Maps for Analyzing, Diagnosing, and
Resolving Conflict. Mississauga, Ontario: John Wiley & Sons Canada, Ltd.

Make a primary draft for this task because I want to see it before you finish and to go ahead with it if you are on track.

In short, your report should:

1) include a comprehensive conflict map of the conflict (about 90% of the document)
2) be presented in a professional format, reflecting a balanced, non-biased analysis of the conflict
3) consider relevant theories you were introduced to during this subject
4) include some general recommendations as to which areas intervention strategies should focus on based
on your analysis (about 10% of the document)

Several conflicts are available that you can choose to map for this assignment. It is important that you sign up for
a) one of these conflicts and
b) one of the conflict maps (Shay Bright, Sandole, Wehr) you were introduced to in the subject.

Once you have signed up for a conflict and map, you will be provided
with a literature list with readings, reports and websites which will provide sufficient information to conduct a conflict
analysis. However, you are also encouraged to do some additional research on the topic.

You may also choose to map a different conflict which is not part of the list. You will be required to do your own
research
