Compare and Contrast Assignment

We will spend the first three sessions in the online course reviewing Traditional, Agile, and Extreme project management methods. 

This  assignment is to write a detailed assessment that compares and contrasts these three methodologies in the field of project management.

Include an analysis of when each of these methods would be appropriate, using examples from your business industry experience.

Include a recommendation for your specific industry application that emphasizes one of these three methodologies.

Your paper should be no more than 3,000 words and written in APA style. Your written paper is due at the end of Session 3. Refer to course calendar.
