In this assignment, you will think of a recent conversation you have had and describe the essential elements of the conversation, including the participants, messages, context, channels, presence or absence of noise, and feedback. Then you will create a written report of your findings. Examining your own communication process will help you see how the mind makes meaning of conversations. You may find that many factors, including the context in which you receive a message as well as the channel through which you receive a message, have an effect on the meaning you interpret from a message.
