Hi, I am looking for Research question and Research proposal in the Field of Cloud Computing and area can be chosen from “buyya challenges” doc (Except security) which is attached in the documents. preferably Virtualisation or QoS but still writer can suggest if they are good at other area. Requirement:
1. Research question by 26th Mar2017 (20%) which contains

a.Title(Should clearly explain the proposal
b. Area
c.Question, Value, Justification, References).

Format should be as per the guidelines attached and sources should be peer reviewed and valid. Research question is the very important to me and expecting some quality and measurable research question at Mater level, so once we finalize the question writer can proceed further. I have gone through 20+ papers from IEEE in cloud computing but i could not found some open issues.

2. 30% of Proposal work by 28th Mar2017
3. Remaining 50% by 4th Apr2017
4. Research question must be from the “open problem or issue” and should have and scope to develop some sort of software in future(for Dissertation)
5. Writer should be from Cloud Computing/Computer science background
6. Able to help if any queries related to topic and if proposed question not good and must ready to change
