Write a Clinical reflection paper discussing the need to ensure a GOOD history is taken from the patient.
Reflecting on the need to cover ALL body systems to rule in out conditions, the use of Family, Social, Medical histories to establish a better picture of the patients overall health.
Relate how the importance of this bigger, broader investigation from the paramedic in the out of hospital setting is becoming more important, as the skill sets also improve for paramedics.
All aspects must be supported by current literature, preferably Australian.
