1. Needs more description of the product you are offering
2. Need to clearly identify what need you are fulfilling and for whom
3. Most of this paper is based on your assumptions, which is not a really good thing. Instead do some preliminary research… How much do people spending on cleaning services annually? How much do college spend in dorm deposits?
