Recommendations (1/2 pg) –
Given your knowledge of the existing structure, physical environment, culture, language, as well as the existing IT infrastructure and KM capabilities and given the assessment of what should be the organizations KM priorities, what do you recommend the organization do next? Make sure to discuss the relevant issues from across the various parts of the paper. Some ideas include: How would the existing environment and culture help, hinder or be affected by new processes. What type of changes are needed to the IT infrastructure. Given current KM capabilities, will implementation of new processes be a challenge? How might you address those challenges?
