Apply theoretical models to the planning and implementation of organisational change programmes and evaluate the application of those models.
Using appropriate theoretical management models, provide an assessment of the company you are currently working for. If you are not working choose a company that you are familiar with (a past employer) or one close by that you will be able to research.
Propose and plan for a change management programme for a strategic issue concerning the organisation. Make sure you consider the implementation of such a programme
The company i choose is BMW (Thailand)
Problem in BMW Thailand
– There are 4-5 dealers in Thailand, and the are very competitive to each others
-Vehicles don’t suit Thailand climate
-When customer take their car to service or fix, usually the process is very slow and sometime the problems is not solved
-2nd hand BMW price depreciate very badly
-Customer have high expectation when purchasing BMW as it considers as a luxury product
-New technology need to be implemented to improve overall servicing process
-maybe need to change in mission
-Internal process

Part 2 (150 to 200 words) Give two examples of of why change programs can under-achieve or fail to meet their intended goals.
