Case Study Review Paper #2 – Team Writing Assignment

The class has been divided into teams with 3 students in each team. Access the group tools in the Team Case Review area (course menu) to collaborate on writing the Case Study Review Paper #2. The group tools set up under Case Review Teams area (course menu). The team tools that are set up for your use include: File Exchange, Email and a Wiki. Each team will document their work on the team case review in the Case Review Teams area (course menu). If you have decisions that are made in an email message make sure that you document this by posting the message in the discussion forum and/or the Wiki to document the work and to keep all of the team members informed. Read the Real World Case Study (RWC), The Move Toward Fact Based Decision Making – Chapter 10, Case 1, pages 391 -392. Write your Case Study Review Paper using the paper formatting requirement handout attached to this assignment. Access the Case Study Review Tools (see course menu) for help with using APA style and formatting your paper. Your paper should use parenthetical (in-text citations) to support your statements or recommendations. You will also use citations to document linking chapter readings and outside readings to support your analysis. Each parenthetical citation should be included in the Reference page.

Your Case Study Review Paper #2 will be graded using the grading rubric associated with this assignment. You can review the rubric by clicking the rubric link to the assignment or you can use MyGrades to review the rubric.

Case Analysis Paper Sections – The case analysis should be limited to 4 pages (Cover page, 4 pages of anlysis with citations and reference page). Your case study review paper should be organized into the following sections:

•Introduction and Overview.

•Problem Identification .

•Problem Analysis.

•Solution and Implementation Plan Analysis.

•Recommendations and Conclusions

Case Questions: Use the case study questions to get you started with reviewing and analyzing the case. Discuss the answers to these questions in the sections of your paper and review the case to identify the problems, questions, solutions and implementation plans. Discuss the recommendations and conclusions.

3.Information quality is central to the approach toward decision making taken by these organizations. What other elements must be present for this approach to be successful (technology, people, culture, and so forth)? .
