Carefully read and examine the Harvard Business Publishing case, Fresh to Table.  Write a case examination paper that addressing the following:

Case Assessment as an Organizational Leader:

Regarding the situation at hand, what should concern the CEO of FtT?

What are the reasonable expectations of employees regarding privacy of their communications in the workplace?

Who owns employee communications?

What speech is protected? What speech is not protected?

Legal Questions

What did FtTs media and technology usage policy allow and what did it prohibit?

Did FtT advise employees that it had the right to access electronic communications? (See Exhibit 4)
