Business/Client System analysis. Choose a business/client to perform this project on. Analysis the client’s business system and propose a solution. PLEASE PLEASE read the instructions to this project carefully. It is very important that the necessary research is performed and this project is executed precisely! I am requesting that I receive at least a 1 page Project Proposal as soon as possible. With this project proposal I will also need a Gantt Chart or Timeline that breaks down this project’s completion time. I will be attaching documents that specify any other questions. My initial plan for this project was to roll out a project proposal to Kohl’s Department Stores Inc. about how beneficial it would be for them to integrate RFID technology into their distribution centers as it regards to their manual warehouse management system. Please note that you have to describe what you intend to do for this project, such as what data you are going to collect , from whom and what analysis you will be performing on the collected data. This part is the major focus of your capstone project.
