Proper Holdings Limited, as the name suggests is a private limited company incorporated in LONDON which aims at providing proper services. The company’s first project is in the retail food/beverage industry. P.H.L targets early risers and coffee lovers-tourists-university students-basically anyone – by providing them premium quality coffees and unique delicious sandwiches[MANAKISH] , crepes and fresh orange juice at competitive prices. The Cafe will be set up its first in South Kensington . The site is selected because it is a popular central area in London which is close to the city’s most popular attractions, which include the Victoria and Albert museum , natural history museum and Imperial college along with many amenities train stations and several hotels.

Being a unique food product which has yet not been exploited, starting a coffee shop which offers proper dough “manakish” and great quality coffee is considered to be a potential business opportunity. With the increasing flow of international students, foreign workers and tourists in the UK today, establishing a coffee shop with proper tasty sandwiches is expected to thrive and achieve overwhelming success.
