-Prepare and submit an individual project in which you critically analyze and comment a case of lack of ethical behaviour of a corporation.

Use the following skills :

A) Analysis of the problem at hand, the people involved, the harm done and the laws (or else) that where violated
B) Describe what led to that situation and how it could have been prevented
C) Document laws, norms, organizations, rules etc. that could have –if used- helped the company to “prevent” on time instead of “cure” the damages
D) Finally describe an alternative scenario if that company had been guided by ethical and societal rules and principles

Business Ethics

Order Description

Develop a paper on how businesses and government work together to create an ethical society. This will be a macro view of the world today and explains how a business operates in the foundations of capitalism and demonstrates how this process temps businesses to be unethical and stops business from being unethical.

Be sure to address the following key components in your paper:

• Brief historical summary of biblical ethics
• Unethical behavior/event examined
• Reflection on ethical standards
• Influence of leadership within cultures
• Social responsibility response (both actual and appropriate)
• Related cultural, environmental, and legal implications
• Impact on stakeholders
• Outcome of events with a comparison of the consequences
• Fairness of punishment
• Your own recommendations for action, including recommendations to create a better macro view of ethics in the world today.

Your paper should demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the ideas and concepts that are presented in the course and provide new thoughts and insights relating directly to this topic. Your response should reflect scholarly writing and current APA standards.
