Write three kinds of business letters. Use real situations, and address a different situation in each letter. Use direct organization for at least one letter, and use indirect organization for at least one letter. Use at least two different letter formats. Please consult the textbook for formats.

Do not include memos or employment-related letters (no letters of application, no letters of refusal for job offers, no letters of termination, no job offers to prospective employees). Write letters for this assignment, not memos or emails.
• Identify real situations
• Address a different situation in each letter
• Compose at least one letter in direct organization
• Compose at least one letter using indirect organization
• Use at least two different letter formats (i.e., block and modified block)
• Do not include memos or employment-related letters.
