Other requirements:
  Namely, the requirement that your VRIO analysis include a minimum of 3 resources/capabilities (R/Cs) and a maximum of 5.  Be sure you take it one R/C at a time and go through the whole set of questions and state your conclusion before moving on to the next R/C.  Don’t go question by question (Value, Rarity, …) as this will be very confusing to interpret in terms of competitive outcomes predicted.

Also, please remember that I stated that since DuckDuckGo is privately owned and venture capital funded, there cannot be a financial analysis section.  Instead, I’d like you to address the utility of Blue Ocean strategy thinking and devote that section of the paper to your ideas on this subject.
