Create a business canvas model for a gourmet pancake house restaurant I named it (The Greater Pancake House). Then write an essay on the biggest hurdle , cost center, where I am going to spend the most money and time with my business.

I believe it will be the new rave, and I will look for a spot on Spring Garden Road or Barrington Street, halifax.

The start up cost will be high as I will need to purchase the cooking machinery, food, furniture, register the business, rent a storefront and four hire staff. I will have family working for me until the business takes off and can fund itself. Again I will receive a significant portion of the start up the cost through a family financial gift.

I will spend very little on advertising as I will run Facebook ads, create a buzz through word of mouth and create a web page. The forms of advertising that I will use to promote the company I can do myself, therefore, I do not need to hire anyone to do it for me. In essence, this will save money. I have great intentions that this will earn me so high profits.I will advertise to have kids birthday parties and business events in the Greater Pancake House. The atmosphere will be able to able to suit up class business events as well as child-friendly events.
