Writing the Final Paper

The Final Paper:

SUBJECT: A description of a business situation that presents a legal and ethical issue.
A description of at least two ethical theories under which the situation will be analyzed.
An explanation of the specific areas of law under which the situation will be analyzed.

Must be 11 to 15 double-spaced pages in length (not including the title and reference pages), and formatted according to APA style as outlined in the Ashford Writing Center.

Must include a title page with the following:

Must begin with an introductory paragraph that has a succinct thesis statement which identifies the focus of the paper.
Must address the topic of the paper with critical thought.
Must end with a conclusion that reaffirms your thesis.

Must use at least 10 scholarly sources.

Must document all sources in APA style, as outlined in the Ashford Writing Center.

Must include a separate reference page, formatted according to APA style as outlined in the Ashford Writing Center.…
