The specific rules listed below must be followed in writing your research paper:
1. Your paper must include a minimum of five (5) sources; however, your Annotated Bibliography will look at six (6) potential sources from which you will choose five to use and one to reject.
2. Your paper must be a minimum of 2500 words in length, typed, double spaced, in a 12 point font. Your paper must follow proper formatting rules for whichever style you choose to follow.
3. You must have a References/Works Cited/Bibliography page. This page is NOT included in your word or page count.
4.You must use MLA, APA, or Chicago format throughout the paper. Proper style formatting and citation rules must be followed.
5. Specific to Academic Misconduct rules, this paper cannot be submitt
ed for marks in any other class and you cannot use a paper previously
written for another class. You will create an Annotated Bibliography using 6
sources that you have reviewed for your research paper. This will be discussed more fully in a later class. If you do not do an
Annotated Bibliography you will forfeit 5% of your final grade.
