Imagine that you have been hired to work as a Project Manager to assess a crime prevention plan. As an independent party you must critically evaluate the goals, scope and success of the plan, the transferability of the plan to other locations or populations and determine whether or not the plan was successful. You must select the prevention plan that you will evaluate from the list provided to you.

In your assessment you will need to provide a brief overview of the project, and cover the sections below. You will be assessed on how well you can evaluate the CPP and its impact on crime, the community and the target.

ii. Who was the target, who was the implementer
iii. What were the goals – what would success look like (measerable? how)
iv. Scope – in terms of time, resources
v. Did it achieve success
vi. Can this be transferred to another target population /place (Canada)
vii. Intended and unintended Consequences
viii. You must come to a decision at the end of your assessment as to whether it has been a success.

The essay can use each roman numerical as a subtitle
