The research question is: Does the potato pieces (The potato is cutted in 2 cm and is released to distilled water, 10,20,30,40 percent of sucrose). mass decrease beyond a certain concentration of sucrose solution?

Material used: 2 Large potatoes, 1 cork borer, 1 scalpel, 1 ruler, 25beaker, distilled water, eletric balance, 1 measuring cylinder, 4 sucrose solution (10,20,30,40), 1 marker.
