Oars Inc. designed and manufactured a rowing machine for use in health clubs.  The unique design utilized a wheel, much like that of a bicycle, that rotated on an axle which was propelled by a series of levers and pullies, which were moved along a rope pulled by the person rowing.  One half hour before beginning his Friday afternoon training session, Peter, a member of Globo-Gym, filled his water bottle with a measure of four fingers of vodka and some tonic water.  While he was using the rowing machine, Peter severely injured his hand when his fingers got caught in the spokes of the wheel and jammed against a pulley.

The rowing machine came with an owner’s manual that contained a warning to keep hands away from the revolving wheel when the machine was in operation.  The manual, however, was located in general manager, White Goodman’s office.

Peter, clearly in pain, was crying for someone to take him to the hospital.  White advised Peter that he was not allowed to leave the gym in the situation of an accident and yelled at Peter to stay calm and stay put!  Still in shock, Peter did what he was told and did not move.  An ambulance showed up 25 minutes later and took Peter to the hospital.

Advise Peter on his likely success in any lawsuit(s).  For instance, who he would sue, on what grounds, etc.
