Audience and Tone assignment: Unsent letter

Audience and Tone assignment: Unsent letter

Prompt: Audience and Tone assignment: unsent letter
For one of the minor characters in The Hound of the Baskervilles write a letter in late victorian style.
Character options: choose from Laura Lyons to Jack Stapleton, or Laura Lyons to her Father Mr. Falkland, Beryl Garcia Stapleton writing to Sir Henry Baskerville, Sir Henry writing to Beryl, Sir Charles writing to Sir Henry, Mrs. Barrymore writing to her brother Selden (the escaped prisoner)
Your choice should reflect a character who has something to complain about (“Hey, you flirted with me or even proposed to me when you were already married”) or something important to convey (“the estate you are about to inherit is cursed.”)
The letter should be true to the period (the novel was published in 1904).
Your character should use appropriate modes of address and diction.
