Example Essay Instructions:
Must be exactly 5 paragraphs in length with 5-7 sentences in each paragraph.
Must be formatted using MLA style. You do not have to provide MLA documentation or a works cited page. This is only using MLA-style format.
Must contain the thesis statement as the last sentence of the introduction.
Must contain three body paragraphs developing each point in the thesis statement.
Must contain a conclusion.
Do not use contractions and/or abbreviations in formal writing. Follow all guidelines pertaining to usage and correct word choice. Avoid slang or substandard language.
Write in third person (he, she, them, it, etc.). Avoid any first or second person pronouns.
