Please do a reading response on chapter 5. Should not be longer than 2 pages.

In the reading response you should consider:
– what insights does the reading offer us about the course themes: schooling for induction, schooling for growth, or schooling for social transformation
– what assumptions/beliefs,/ values about human nature, knowledge, curriculum and pedagogy are reflected in the reading?
– what aspect of the reading resonated with you, surprised you, or changed your thinking about how schools should look, how schools should be organized and what schools should/ should not do
– what aspect of the reading challenged your beliefs about what schools are for
– what thoughts about schooling ors these reading leave you this.
