For this two-part assignment, your task is to write an essay in which you address the following scenario:

A colleague of yours asserts that Hispanic women face barriers to health care by virtue of their ethnicity.

Define the term “Health Care Disparity” (one paragraph maximum).
Explain why some women (in general) may face barriers to health care.
Explain the types of evidence used to show that ethnic disparities exist in health care for women. The evidence should come from scholarly sources and be discussed in your own words based on the information you gleaned from your research.
