10 minute presentation on the topic for that week (i.e. intergovernmental fiscal relations, assessing financial conditions, understanding costs, etc.). The presentation should include (1) a brief overview of the weekly topic (2) a current event related to the topic of the week (3) a discussion of the important issues raised in the required readings (4) 2-3 critical questions for discussion.
