Part 2

Create discussion post that addresses an ethical dilemma a Master’s prepared nurse has encountered based on your practicum experience.  Include your reflection of the dilemma using the principles of beneficence, autonomy, justice and least harm. Validate the outcome (or suggest a better outcome) using references from scholarly work. Be sure to include your opinion of the outcome and how you would have proceeded differently.
