Assignment cover page must be attached when submitting
Question – You are tasked by your client with transporting a cargo of live abalone about 17 tons from Esperance, Western Australia to a Chinese restaurant in Beijing City,
China, the address of the restaurant is No 2 Fucheng Road, Haidian District, Beijing.

In your capacity as the freight forwarder, will you agree to this contract of exporting live abalone into China or will you advise against it but come up with an alternative? Explain your decision.
