you are required to apply concepts and underpinning theory to an ORGANISATION OF YOUR CHOICE as a case study showing application, evaluation and evidence of further reading from specific units 1 through to 12; details in the next paragraph.
You should select theory and concepts from AT LEAST FOUR of the units. These can be any of the units from week’s 1 to 12 BUT you must include concepts and theory from Unit 3 (Strategy Formulation in Global Business) and Unit 7 (Culture and Ethics in Global Business Strategy) as two of these units.

The case study i.e.organization chosen should be international in scope.
You need to decide whether you will focus on the entire organisation or certain subsidiaries of the business. You could also focus on a specific issue such as expansion or change initiative, restructuring or some other issue facing the organisation. Therefore you need to scope the remit of the management report.
If it is specific subsidiaries you will need to introduce the organisation and its scope in the management report.
Clearly you have a degree of latitude with this report so it is important to decide on the case organisation, what aspects you will focus upon within the case organization and what theory and concepts you will apply from units 1 through to 12 (minimum of 4 units, two of which should be units 3 and 7).
Once you have selected the units that will be central to your assignment you will then need to decide which concepts and theory to apply from these specific units. That is there is no need to apply everything from the 4 selected units. You can and should look to other units for additional/supporting concepts that support your key arguments.
