In week #4 you will receive your MBTI results interpretation with the results of the Strong Interest Inventory (SII) (class attendance is included in the assignment). Based upon these results and the resources provided in class (URL links, etc.), you are to develop a 4 – 6 page plan that addresses the following issues and questions:
• Assessment your current professional situation from a career perspective.
• Determine the critical values and factors you desire in your work.

• Primary interest areas and professional activities that you enjoy or you might enjoy based upon the Strong Interest Inventory (SII) results.

• Work activities and careers at are a good fit for you based upon your MBTI and SII results.

• Upon completion of the LDR program, what do you consider to be, your professional strengths and weaknesses?

• What areas would you like to develop?

• What is “unfinished business” for you in your life and career? What do you still want to do or accomplish that you have not done yet?

• What direction are you taking upon completion of the LDR program?

• What are your goals for the next 3 – 5 years to capitalize on the learning from LDR program and to springboard you into your desired future?

• Develop an action plan to take the next step in your career (approximately two pages).
