count of 2000 with +/- 10% margin. You may use tables and diagrams
to support your report to illustrate the text. Word count excludes the
index, headings, information contained in tables, references and
bibliography.
Following the analysis you have carried out on assignment one you are required to produce a
report on the following.
As the first part of the report evaluate possible strategies that can be implemented in Sony
Ericsson following the analysis and the strategic review. What strategy would you choose,
justify your answer with reasons. Are you looking at substantive growth, limited growth or
retrenchment? Choose an appropriate strategy and justify the appropriateness of the chosen strategy.

For the second part of the strategy develop a plan to implement the strategy. Compare the roles and
responsibilities of strategy implementation. Identify and evaluate the resources including financial
