This is an entry level writing course.

Analyze the structure and content of the essay in 600-900 words. The analysis needs to:
1. identify the thesis
2. describe the types of evidence used by the author to defend the thesis
3. assess whether the evidence is logical and effective

May also identify assumptions made in the essay and assess whether readers are likely to agree with them.
