Are there objective and universal morals to which all societies subscribe?

Are there objective and universal morals to which all societies subscribe? If so, how would these morals be shaped by environment, considering that each environment is unique?

If morals are indeed shaped by environment, then should we judge morals relative to the environment in which they exist? In other words, should morality be relative or absolute? Perhaps elements of both?

Consider the ideas of major ethical philosophers in your response. How might Kant, Socrates, Aristotle or John Stuart Mill answer these questions?
