(Maximum 2 pages – 1⁄2 page per risk category maximum). List the 2 top risks in each category (operational risk and strategic risks). Provide justification as to why you, as the risk manager, feel these are the top risk.

3. Risk Evaluation and Treatment 

a. (Total 4 pages). For each of the 4 risks that you identified in section 2 above provide the following information
i. What are the significant drivers and subdrivers of the risk? 

ii. What is your risk treatment plan (increase, avoid, reduce the frequency or severity, purchase insurance or retain)? Your plan may include more than 1 treatment element. 

iii. Does the treatment plan of this risk impact the other key risks of the firm? 

iv. What is the implementation plan?
